2. 2Care planningWe review needs, budget and preferences together, and set out exactly which supports we would provide, on which days, at what cost.
3. 3Matching your carerWe match a carer on language, gender preference, cultural fit and availability, then brief them properly on your household before the first visit.
4. 4Services startSupport begins on the agreed schedule with the same carer wherever possible. We check in early, then keep checking in.
